Returns & Exchanges Policy
Easy returns and exchanges for your peace of mind.
We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ellawomen.in with order details.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
⚠️ Clear opening video is mandatory.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for any items customised on your request.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare case of damaged goods, we will prioritize a replacement to ensure you receive the beautiful product you ordered. However, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued in the form of store credit or voucher (No e-payment reversals).
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, full refund will be issued in the form of store credit or voucher.
We will provide store credit or voucher as refund within 72 hours once the refund is approved.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
